Important Arrangement Details:
• To determine the exact size of each arrangement, please refer to the photo displaying it on the green measuring mat.
• Vase and Metal Cross arrangements utilize a “foam” insert. For photographs, they are placed in a “plastic” holder solely for stability; this holder is not included with your purchase but can be bought separately.
• The vase shown in photos is not attached to the headstone; it is simply positioned on the stone for display purposes.
• Saddle arrangement images are presented on either a 36-inch or 24-inch headstone as examples.
• My saddles are designed to drape down the front of the headstone. However, if the headstone features higher lettering, the arrangement can be turned around to keep the lettering visible.
• Angel Wings and Reef designs are photographed on an easel, which is available for purchase at an additional cost.
• For arrangements featuring special items such as cardinals, trucks, or tractors, the placement of these items may vary, which can also affect the direction of the attached bow.
Order Processing During Major Holidays:
During significant holidays like Christmas and Memorial Day, our order volume increases substantially, which may occasionally result in delays.
Estimated Arrival and Shipping:
Please review the estimated ‘ARRIVAL’ window provided by Etsy when placing your order. We make every effort to ship within this time frame. However, once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control. Packages are picked up daily from Monday through Friday to ensure timely shipping. During holiday periods, we recommend allowing an extra day or two for possible carrier delays. Currently, we ship exclusively within the continental United States (lower 48 states) due to high shipping costs, so we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All our arrangements are created using high-quality silk flowers, though please note that all silk blooms can fade over time. Each flower stem is glued into foam to help it withstand the elements. Designed by M&E uses only premium silks, and we take great care with each piece we make. The arrangement shown in our photos is exactly the one you’ll receive, as each is designed and assembled by me. No, we cannot ship to a PO Box due to the size of our arrangements.
