Important Arrangement Details:
- To find the exact size of each arrangement, please refer to the photo showing it on the green measuring mat.
- Vase arrangements use a “foam” insert; but for photos, they're displayed in a “plastic” holder just for stability—which is not included but can be purchased separately.
- Saddle arrangement photos are shown on either a 36” or 24” headstone only as examples.
- Angel Wings and Reef designs are photographed on an easel, which you may purchase at an additional cost.
- For arrangements featuring special items like cardinals, trucks, or tractors, their placement may vary, which can also change the direction of the attached bow.
Order Processing During Major Holidays:
During significant holidays such as Christmas and Memorial Day, our order volume greatly increases, which might occasionally result in delays.
Estimated Arrival and Shipping:
Please check the estimated ‘ARRIVAL’ window shown by Etsy when ordering. We make every effort to ship within this time frame. However, once a package leaves with the carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Packages are picked up daily from Monday through Friday to ensure timely shipping. During holidays, we recommend adding an extra day or two for potential carrier delays. We ship only within the continental United States (lower 48 states) due to high shipping costs—unfortunately, this means we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Our Shop and Team:
We’re a small, family-operated business consisting of myself, my husband, and my daughter. We personally manage every order and strive for excellent customer service. All our arrangements use high-quality silk flowers, though all silk blooms may fade over time. Each stem is glued into foam to withstand the elements. Designed by M&E uses only premium silks, and we put genuine care into every piece we create. Rest assured, the arrangement shown in our photos is exactly the one you’ll receive, as I design and assemble each one myself. No, we cannot ship to a PO Box due to the size of our arrangements.
Can we ship outside the United States?
We can only ship inside the lower 48 states. Shipping costs are simply to high.
